Project Summary
MediaPlace began as a visual organiser built for designers and creators overwhelmed by unstructured media.
The project focused on redefining MediaPlace’s brand and website to better communicate its value, clarify its workflow, and position the product as a calm, visual-first alternative in a crowded tools ecosystem.
The Challenge
While the product was powerful, its narrative and interface lacked cohesion.
Key challenges included:
Reducing visual and cognitive overload
Explaining value without feature-dumping
Speaking to both designers and non-technical creators
Creating a brand identity that felt distinct but accessible
The website needed to organise information as elegantly as the product organised media.

The design approach emphasised hierarchy, rhythm, and restraint.

Simplifying layouts to reduce friction

Designing custom no-code components for flexibility
Establishing a bold yet controlled colour system
